Thirteen-Year-Old Sets World Record By Performing Toughest Yogasanas 15 Times In A Minute

We keep wondering if superhumans we read about in comic books exist for real. Do we have people with super powers and skills hiding among us? A 13-year-old girl from Mysuru has amazed people with her yoga skills proving that superhumans do exist.

H Khushi achieved the rare distinction of performing Niralamaba Purna Chakrasana posture 15 times in a minute, in the artistic form of yoga on June 11. The feat helped Khushi enter the record books.

Interestingly. she was able to perform the yogasana only 13 times during the practice sessions but surpassed the limit during the actual performance.

Khushi is the daughter of RBI officer Hemachandra. She performed in the premises of RBI Note Printing Unit in the presence of Santosh Agarwal, a representative from Goldern Book of Records. She received the certificate on Sunday and told Vijay Karnataka:

I want to be a yoga teacher and want to do more records. At the same time, want to be IAS officer in future.

It might be surprising to know that Khushi started practicing Yoga less than three years ago. She surely comes out as a child protégé.

A student of class 9th, Khushi has already performed in different countries and received many awards and accolades. In 2014, she claimed silver in Internation Yoga competition for under-7 category in China. She also won two gold medals and two silvers at different events in Vietnam.
